Red Potato Salad
3 pounds medium red potatoes
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsps white vinegar
2 tsps spicy brown mustard,(Inglehoffer or Boetje’s)
1 teaspoon Double Q Dry Rub
¼ tsp sea salt
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
chopped black or green olives (optional)
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and salt in large bowl.
Cut potatoes into pieces, add potatoes, celery and onion to dressing
and toss to coat. Top with real bacon bits.
